This decision was approved by the Board of Directors at their meeting held on January 9, 2026, based on the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee.

The Board meeting commenced at 4:30 PM and concluded at 5:15 PM on January 9, 2026. Mr. Monu Kumar, a qualified Company Secretary and Law Graduate, brings over 11 years of professional experience in corporate governance, secretarial, legal, and regulatory compliances. His expertise spans across listed, unlisted, NBFC, and group companies, including corporate restructuring, M&A, cross-border compliances, FEMA, transaction support, fund raising, IPO, and listing compliances. Previously, he was associated with Kurl-On, Rungta Irrigation Limited, and Samara Realty Private Limited. His appointment is effective immediately and will continue until a regular Compliance Officer is appointed or until further orders from the Board.
