TruAlt Bioenergy Limited announced the appointment of Mr. Monu Kumar as the Interim Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the Company. The decision was approved by the Board of Directors at their meeting held on January 9, 2026, based on the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee.

Mr. Monu Kumar's appointment is effective immediately and will continue until a regular Compliance Officer is appointed or until further orders from the Board. The Board meeting commenced at 4:30 PM and concluded at 5:15 PM on January 9, 2026.

Mr. Monu Kumar is a qualified Company Secretary and Law Graduate with over 11 years of experience in corporate governance, secretarial, legal, and regulatory compliances. His expertise includes corporate restructuring, M&A, cross-border regulatory compliances, FEMA, transaction support, fund raising, and IPO and listing compliances. Previously, he was associated with Kurl-On, Rungta Irrigation Limited, and Samara Realty Private Limited.
