Triveni Engineering & Industries Limited has announced the closure of its trading window for dealing in the company's equity shares. This closure will be effective from January 1, 2026. The trading window will remain closed until 48 hours after the announcement of the unaudited financial results for the third quarter and the nine months ending December 31, 2025, to the stock exchanges. The company will intimate the date of the Board meeting for approving these financial results in due course.
