Trent Limited announced its unaudited financial results for the third quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2025. The Board of Directors approved these results in a meeting held on February 4, 2026. For the third quarter ended December 31, 2025, Trent Limited reported a standalone net profit of ₹639.71 crore, an increase from ₹450.77 crore in the same period last year. Total income from operations stood at ₹5,259.46 crore. The company also reported a standalone net profit of ₹1,513.07 crore for the nine months ended December 31, 2025. On a consolidated basis, the net profit for the third quarter was ₹510.11 crore, compared to ₹496.54 crore in the corresponding quarter of the previous year. Consolidated revenue from operations was ₹5,345.06 crore. For the nine months ended December 31, 2025, the consolidated net profit was ₹1,308.23 crore. An exceptional item of ₹25.79 crore (standalone) and ₹26.11 crore (consolidated) was recognized due to the incremental impact of new labor codes, which became effective from November 21, 2025. The company has also reported on the amalgamation of Fiora Hypermarket Ltd with Fiora Online Ltd, effective December 1, 2025, and THPL Support Services Ltd with Booker India Ltd, effective February 1, 2026, with appointed dates of April 1, 2025, and July 1, 2025, respectively. These amalgamations are downstream subsidiaries and do not have a material impact on the consolidated financial statements.
