Tree House Education & Accessories Limited announced the outcome of its Board Meeting held on January 16, 2026. The Board considered and approved the un-audited financial results (standalone and consolidated) for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2025, along with the Limited Review Report from the Statutory Auditors.

Furthermore, the Board approved the re-appointment of M/s. Dharmesh Parekh & Associates as the Internal Auditor for the financial year 2026-27, based on the recommendation of the Audit Committee. Following the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee, the re-appointment of Mr. Rajesh Doulatram Bhatia as the Managing Director for a further period of 3 years, effective February 09, 2026, to February 08, 2029, was also approved, subject to shareholder approval.

The Board also considered and approved the draft notice of Postal Ballot for circulation to the members, in compliance with the Companies Act, 2013. The Board Meeting commenced at 04:00 PM and concluded at 05:00 PM.
