Travel Food Services (Delhi Terminal 3) Private Limited ("TFS Delhi T3"), a material subsidiary of Travel Food Services Limited, has entered into a Supplementary License Agreement No. 10 with Delhi International Airport Limited ("DIAL").
This agreement, executed on 5th January 2026, extends the license term that was originally set to expire on 28th February 2026. The extended license is now valid until 30th September 2026.
Under this extended agreement, TFS Delhi T3 will continue to operate Food and Beverage (F&B) outlets at Terminal 3 of Indira Gandhi International Airport, New Delhi. The agreement covers the operation of 28 F&B outlets. The terms regarding license fee, minimum guarantee amount, and other charges remain as per the agreed terms.
