Transworld Shipping Lines Limited (formerly Shreyas Shipping & Logistics Ltd) has announced that the Hon’ble High Court of Judicature of Gujarat at Ahmedabad issued a release order on 15th January 2026. Consequently, the company's vessel, SSL Visakhapatnam (IMO 9137521), has been granted permission to sail out from the Hazira port.

This development follows a previous disclosure made on 13th January 2026. The release order pertains to Admiralty Suit No. 05 of 2026. Previously, the Hon’ble High Court had ordered the deposit of ₹7.4 Crore as security, concerning allegations of misdelivery of cargo without the original Bill of Lading.

The total amount deposited, including court fees and legal costs, amounts to ₹7.5 Crore (₹7.4 Crore + ₹10 Lakhs). The company has provided these details as per Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
