Transworld Shipping Lines Limited (formerly Shreyas Shipping & Logistics Ltd) has announced that the Hon’ble High Court of Gujarat at Ahmedabad issued an Arrest Order on January 13, 2026, for the company's vessel, SSL Visakhapatnam. The order was filed by Kishan Minerals, referred to as the Plaintiff.

The Plaintiff alleges a misdelivery of their cargo without the Original Bill Lading being tendered by the defendant. The matter is currently pending adjudication. As an interim measure, the Hon’ble High Court of Gujarat at Ahmedabad has ordered the deposit of ₹7.44 crore as security.

This action is being disclosed under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. The company has provided details of this matter in Annexure-A.
