Vodafone Idea Limited (IDEA) has received an order from the Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (TRAI) levying a financial disincentive of ₹8,00,000. This order pertains to the failure to meet the benchmark of Quality of Service parameters in different service areas for the month of May 2025, as per the Standards of Quality of Service of Access (Wireline and Wireless) and Broadband (Wireline and Wireless) Service Regulations, 2024. The company stated that it is currently reviewing the order and evaluating its next steps.
