Total Transport Systems Limited (TOTAL) announced today, January 08, 2026, the approval by its Board of Directors for the acquisition of WSA Shipping (Bombay) Private Limited. This strategic move will result in WSA Shipping becoming a wholly-owned subsidiary of Total Transport Systems Limited.

While WSA Shipping is in the Shipping and Logistics industry, its turnover for FY 2024-25, FY 2023-24, and FY 2022-23 was NIL. The acquisition falls under related party transactions, with promoters of Total Transport Systems Limited having an interest, but it is being conducted on an arm's length basis.
