Total Transport Systems Limited announced today, January 08, 2026, that its Board of Directors has approved the acquisition of WSA Shipping (Bombay) Private Limited. This acquisition will be carried out by investing company funds, making WSA Shipping a wholly owned subsidiary.

The primary objective of this acquisition is to secure ownership of two immovable properties currently held by WSA Shipping. These properties include Unit No. 705, measuring 1,565 sq. ft., located at the company's registered office, and Office Nos. 403, 404 & 405, totaling 1,200 sq. ft., situated in Ahmedabad.

The acquisition involves a cash consideration of ₹4,12,58,500 for 100% equity shareholding in WSA Shipping. WSA Shipping, incorporated on June 23, 1998, operates in the Shipping and Logistics sector. Its turnover for FY 2022-23, FY 2023-24, and FY 2024-25 has been reported as NIL. The transaction is considered a related party transaction due to common directorship and promoter interest but is being conducted on an arm's length basis.

The indicative time period for the completion of this acquisition is on or before March 31, 2026. No governmental or regulatory approvals are required for this transaction.
