This acquisition represents 2.36% of JB Chemicals' equity share capital on a fully diluted basis. The shares were acquired from certain employees of JB Chemicals, as per a share purchase agreement dated July 3rd, 2025. This latest acquisition follows previous intimations regarding the ongoing acquisition of equity shares in JB Chemicals. Following this transaction, Torrent Pharmaceuticals now holds an aggregate of 7,82,65,402 equity shares in JB Chemicals, which constitutes 48.75% of the total equity share capital on a fully diluted basis.
