Tamilnadu PetroProducts Limited (TNPETRO) has announced an update regarding its ongoing projects. The expansion activities for the Heavy Chemicals Division (HCD) plant, aimed at increasing capacity from 150 Tonnes Per Day (TPD) to 250 TPD, are in the final stages of completion. To facilitate the completion of these expansion efforts and other related activities, a shutdown of the HCD plant is scheduled. This shutdown will commence today, December 23rd, 2025, and is expected to last for approximately 6 to 7 weeks. The company has stated that it will inform the stock exchanges once the plant resumes its operations. This disclosure is made pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Para B of Part A of Schedule III of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
