Time Technoplast Limited has been awarded a contract valued at approximately ₹51 crore by Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Limited (HPCL) for the supply of Rigid Packaging Products (Conipack pails). The contract involves supplying pails in sizes ranging from 7.5 litres to 20 litres, with dispatch scheduled over a period of two years.

This award is significant for the company's Industrial Packaging Business, which accounted for approximately 75% of its consolidated revenue in FY25. The overseas manufacturing operations contributed about 37% and the India Packaging Business contributed around 38% to this segment. Time Technoplast expects this business to sustain its momentum, projecting an annual volume growth of 12-14% CAGR going forward, driven by robust global demand.

The company highlighted its strong global manufacturing footprint across 11 countries and a network of over 20 locations in India as key strengths that enable competitive pricing and the consistent securing of large-scale contracts. The terms of the contract include supply as per delivery schedule, with payment secured through an instrument. The order is for domestic supply and falls within the 'arms length' criteria, with no promoter or promoter group interest in HPCL.
