The company has fixed Wednesday, December 31, 2025, as the Record Date for this EGM. The notice for the EGM will be dispatched electronically to all members holding equity shares as of the Record Date, provided their email addresses are registered with the company, its share transfer agent, or depository participants. Furthermore, Wednesday, January 21, 2026, has been designated as the cut-off date for determining eligibility for remote e-voting and e-voting during the EGM proceedings.
