Thyrocare Technologies Limited announced its audited financial results for the quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2026. The company reported a consolidated revenue of ₹223.95 crore for Q4FY26, a 20% increase year-on-year (YoY). Reported EBITDA saw a significant jump of 31% YoY to ₹75.09 crore, with an EBITDA margin of 34%. Profit After Tax (PAT) surged by 128% YoY to ₹48.70 crore. For the full financial year FY26, consolidated revenue grew by 21% YoY to ₹829.04 crore, and Reported EBITDA increased by 38% YoY to ₹262.04 crore. PAT for FY26 rose by 81% YoY to ₹162.85 crore. The standalone results for Thyrocare Technologies Limited (TTL) also showed strong growth. Revenue from operations increased by 21% YoY to ₹210.67 crore in Q4FY26, and Reported EBITDA grew by 31% YoY to ₹72.63 crore. Standalone PAT jumped by an impressive 101% YoY to ₹43.58 crore for the quarter. Operational highlights include a 15% YoY growth in quarterly active franchisees to approximately 10,800 and a 29% YoY increase in tests conducted to 5.1 million for Q4FY26. For the full year FY26, tests conducted grew by 23% YoY to 209.6 million. The company is focusing on deepening its reach in India, strengthening its franchise network, expanding partnerships, and growing its presence in Tanzania. Key strategic initiatives include onboarding Madhuri Dixit as a brand ambassador and receiving national awards.
