Thyrocare Technologies Limited has announced its unaudited financial results for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2025. The company reported a consolidated revenue of ₹195.53 crore for Q3FY26, marking an 18% year-on-year growth, largely driven by an 20% YoY increase in the Pathology segment. Consolidated EBITDA saw a significant rise of 38% YoY to ₹57.64 crore. Profit After Tax (PAT), after considering exceptional items, surged by 47% YoY to ₹27.91 crore, reflecting the company's focus on profitable expansion. In terms of operational performance, Thyrocare processed 49.6 million tests during the quarter, an increase of 22% year-on-year, further solidifying its position as India's largest diagnostic test volume processor. The Pathology business demonstrated strong momentum with franchise revenue growing 12% YoY and partnership revenue, including the PharmEasy business, increasing by a robust 39% YoY. The company also achieved Six Sigma quality standards, reducing complaints to 3.2 per million tests (down 43% YoY) with an Average Turnaround Time (ATAT) of 3.28 hours from sample receipt, making it the first diagnostic chain in India to reach this benchmark. In addition to its financial and operational achievements, Thyrocare was honored with two national awards: "Best Diagnostic Lab Chain of the Year" and "Patient-Centric Diagnostic Company of the Year" at the 4th National Diagnostics Forum & Awards. The company also recently appointed Bollywood actress Madhuri Dixit as its brand ambassador to enhance brand trust and credibility and drive awareness around early detection and regular health monitoring.
