Mr. Rajdeep Panwar brings over 21 years of extensive experience in the healthcare and diagnostics industry. His background includes leadership roles in managing diagnostic networks, laboratory operations, and commercial functions. Previously, he served as Director at GHL Pharma & Diagnostics Limited (Medanta Labs), where he was instrumental in establishing and expanding laboratory and pharmacy businesses across North India. His career also includes significant tenures at Apollo Diagnostics, Dr. Lal PathLabs, Ortho Clinical Diagnostics (Johnson & Johnson Group), Quest Diagnostics India Private Limited, Sitaram Bhartia Institute of Science & Research, and Pathnet India Private Limited. Mr. Panwar possesses expertise in P&L management, network expansion, new business launches, digital diagnostics, NABL/CAP accreditation, LIMS integration, and team leadership. He holds an M.Sc. in Biochemistry, a B.Sc. in Medical Laboratory Technology, and a Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology. He is also trained as an Internal Auditor for NABL ISO 15189.
