Thyrocare Technologies Limited has announced the appointment of Dr. Ramesh Kinha as its new Chief Operating Officer (COO). This appointment, which is categorized under Senior Management Personnel, was approved by the Board of Directors on December 18, 2025, following a recommendation from the Nomination and Remuneration Committee (NRC). Dr. Kinha's appointment is effective from December 18, 2025. He brings over 17 years of extensive experience in the healthcare and diagnostics sector. Prior to joining Thyrocare, he held significant leadership roles, including Group Director – Laboratory Services at Vijaya Diagnostic Centre Limited. His previous experience also includes positions at Apollo Health & Lifestyle Ltd., Medall Healthcare Pvt. Ltd., Metropolis Healthcare Limited, and SRL Ltd. Dr. Kinha holds an MBBS degree and an MD in Pathology. He has further enhanced his qualifications with senior management programs from IIM Nagpur and ISB, and also holds an NABL Assessor certification. His expertise spans laboratory services, operations management, quality assurance, leadership, cross-functional coordination, customer management, and strategic organizational roles.
