Texmaco Rail & Engineering Limited has announced the receipt of a significant order worth ₹62.21 crore (excluding taxes) from M/s. IVC Logistics Limited. The contract entails the supply of rakes of ACT1 Wagons along with BVCM Design -C Wagon. The order is to be executed by August 2026. This is a domestic order, and neither the promoter nor any group companies of Texmaco Rail & Engineering Limited have any interest in IVC Logistics Limited, nor does it fall under related party transactions. The company has informed the National Stock Exchange of India Ltd. and BSE Limited about this development as per Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
