Tembo Global Industries Limited held its 15th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Tuesday, September 30, 2025, commencing at 01:00 p.m. IST via video conference. The meeting concluded at 01:20 p.m. IST.

The AGM was chaired by Mr. Sanjay Jashbhai Patel. Other directors present included Ms. Fatima Kachwala, Mr. Shabbir Huseni Merchant, Mr. Ajay Madan, and Mr. Nikunj Barot. Representatives from the Statutory Auditors and Secretarial Auditors were also in attendance.

Shareholders had the facility to vote electronically through remote e-voting, which commenced on December 27, 2025, at 9:00 am and concluded on December 29, 2025, at 5:00 pm. The standalone and consolidated financial statements for the Financial Year ended March 31, 2025, along with the Board and Auditors' reports, were taken as read.

Eight resolutions were proposed, including the adoption of financial statements, re-appointment of directors Mr. Sanjay Jashbhai Patel and Mr. Shabbir Huseni Merchant, appointment of M/s Karta and Company as Statutory Auditors, appointment of M/s. D. M. Zaveri & Co. as Secretarial Auditors, ratification of remuneration for Cost Auditors, and fixing remuneration for the Chairman and Managing Director, Mr. Sanjay Jashbhai Patel, and Whole-time Director, Ms. Fatema Shabbir Kachwala.

The voting results and the Scrutinizer's Report will be submitted to the stock exchanges and posted on the company's website.
