Tejas Networks Limited announced its Unaudited Financial Results for the Quarter and nine-months ended December 31, 2025 (Q3FY26). The company reported a Net Revenue of ₹307 crore for Q3FY26, an increase from ₹257 crore in Q2FY26. Profit After Tax (PAT) for the quarter was ₹-197 crore, showing an improvement from ₹-307 crore in the previous quarter. The order book at the end of Q3FY26 stood at ₹1,329 crore, up from ₹1,204 crore in Q2FY26.

Revenue from operations for Q3FY26 was ₹307 crore, marking a 17% quarter-on-quarter growth. Expenses for the quarter included provisions for past service cost on gratuity and compensated absences amounting to ₹9.85 crore, and warranty expenses of ₹24.35 crore. The company's inventory was ₹2,363 crore, and trade receivables stood at ₹3,284 crore. The cash position at the end of Q3 was ₹537 crore, with a Net Debt of ₹3,349 crore.

Key updates in the Wireless Business include increased international engagements for 4G/5G RAN equipment and multiple ongoing POCs and commercial negotiations. Tejas Networks was selected as the 5G RAN supplier for a Kavach pilot on the Delhi-Mumbai railway corridor and secured multiple wins for Private 5G deployments in India. However, there was a delay in receiving a BSNL 4G add-on PO of ₹1,526 crore.

In the Wireline Business, the company won additional packages for Bharatnet Phase-III, becoming the largest supplier of IP/MPLS Routers. Expansion orders were received for DWDM and GPON OLT equipment from leading private telcos in India. Additionally, Tejas won a DWDM backbone network buildout order from an ISP in Africa, a network transformation application for its MPLS-TP products in Southeast Asia, and its first win in a sovereign data centre networking application in India.

Other updates include the TJ1400 UCB product winning an Excellence Award for Most Innovative Product/Service. The company received ₹84.95 crore as PLI incentives for Q4FY25 and has cumulatively received ₹397 crore for FY25. Tejas Networks filed 26 patents in Q3FY26, bringing its cumulative global patent filings to 613, with 370 granted.
