Tech Mahindra Limited announced its audited consolidated and standalone financial results for the third quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2025. The Board of Directors approved these results in a meeting held on January 16, 2026. The company also approved an additional investment of ₹37.5 lakhs in New Democratic Electoral Trust (NDET), increasing Tech Mahindra's shareholding in NDET from 19.83% to 49.35%, making NDET an associate of the company. This transaction is expected to be completed by March 31, 2026.

The company reported consolidated revenue from operations of ₹143,932 crore for Q3 FY26. Profit before tax stood at ₹15,051 crore, and profit after tax was ₹11,186 crore. For the nine months ended December 31, 2025, consolidated profit after tax was ₹34,491 crore.

Standalone results for Q3 FY26 showed revenue from operations at ₹123,083 crore. Profit before tax was ₹12,607 crore, and profit after tax was ₹9,638 crore. For the nine months ended December 31, 2025, standalone profit after tax was ₹33,180 crore.

An exceptional item of ₹2,724 crore was recognized in consolidated results related to the incremental impact of the New Labour Codes on Employee Benefit Obligations. In standalone results, an exceptional item of ₹2,452 crore was recognized for the same reason.
