Tech Mahindra Limited announced its audited consolidated and standalone financial results for the third quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2025. The Board of Directors, in their meeting held on January 16, 2026, approved these results.

For the consolidated results, revenue from operations for the third quarter stood at ₹143,932 million, while profit before tax was ₹15,051 million. For the nine months ended December 31, 2025, revenue from operations was ₹417,393 million and profit before tax was ₹47,825 million. An exceptional item of ₹2,724 million related to employee benefit obligations under the new labor codes was reported.

In standalone results, revenue from operations for the third quarter was ₹123,083 million with profit before tax at ₹12,607 million. For the nine months ended December 31, 2025, revenue from operations was ₹359,705 million and profit before tax was ₹43,353 million. An exceptional item of ₹2,452 million related to employee benefit obligations was reported.

Additionally, the company approved an additional investment of ₹37.5 lakhs in the New Democratic Electoral Trust (NDET), increasing its shareholding from 19.83% to 49.35%. This transaction is expected to be completed by March 31, 2026, and NDET will become an associate of Tech Mahindra.
