Tech Mahindra Limited announced the allotment of 21,712 equity shares of ₹5 each, fully paid, pursuant to the exercise of employee stock options. This allotment was approved by the Securities Allotment Committee of the Board of Directors on 19th January 2026.

The shares were issued under two schemes: 6,312 equity shares under the Employee Stock Option Plan – 2014 (ESOP-2014) and 15,400 equity shares under the Employee Stock Option Scheme – 2018 (ESOP-2018). The company received intimation of this allotment on 19th January 2026 at 7:14 p.m. (IST).

Following this issue, the total issued shares of the company will increase to 97,97,43,045, and the total issued share capital will amount to ₹4,89,87,15,225. The newly allotted shares rank pari passu and are identical to the existing equity shares of the company.
