TeamLease Services Limited announced its Unaudited Financial Results for the third quarter (Q3FY26) and nine months (9MFY26) ending March 31, 2026. The company reported a Profit After Tax (PAT) of ₹42.5 crore for Q3FY26, a significant 50% increase year-on-year (YoY) compared to ₹28.4 crore in Q3FY25. On a sequential basis, PAT grew by 53% from ₹27.8 crore in Q2FY26. Consolidated EBITDA for Q3FY26 stood at ₹42.5 crore, marking a 22% YoY growth and an 11% sequential increase. Earnings Per Share (EPS) was ₹25.3 for the quarter, up from ₹17.0 in the same period last year. For the nine months ended March 31, 2026 (9MFY26), PAT grew by 31% YoY to ₹95.3 crore, while EBITDA increased by 24% YoY to ₹111.9 crore. The company experienced a headcount reduction of approximately 27,000 during the quarter, primarily impacting the BFSI segment across General Staffing and Degree Apprenticeship businesses due to client insourcing. Despite this, TeamLease added 107 new logos during the quarter. The company also received an Income Tax refund for AY 2024-25 amounting to ₹106.1 crore, including ₹10.1 crore in interest, boosting its net free cash to ₹430 crore. Mr. Ashok Reddy, Executive Vice Chairman & Whole-Time Director, commented that digitization and cost optimization initiatives are contributing to operating leverage. He noted stable new logo acquisition and strong YTD EBITDA growth of 24% YoY, setting a positive base for the future. The full impact of the BFSI headcount loss is expected to be absorbed by Q1FY27.
