TD Power Systems Limited announced a significant change in its senior management. The Board of Directors, in their meeting held on January 29, 2026, approved the redesignation of Ms. Ramya Ramesh. Ms. Ramesh, who currently serves as the Head of IT, will now assume the dual role of Head – Sales and Project Execution (Motors) and Head of IT. This change in designation will be effective from February 1, 2026. The company has provided the necessary details as per Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, in Annexure – A.
