Tata Consultancy Services Limited (TCS) has announced the incorporation of a new wholly owned subsidiary in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA), named "Tata Consultancy Services Regional Headquarters". This new entity was incorporated on January 18, 2026, by Tata Consultancy Services Netherlands B.V., which is itself a wholly owned subsidiary of TCS.

The incorporation aligns with Saudi Arabia's Regional Headquarters (RHQ) Program, which mandates multinational companies to establish a licensed RHQ in Riyadh. This initiative is crucial for companies seeking to participate in government and semi-government project bidding within Saudi Arabia.

The establishment of this RHQ supports the objectives of KSA Vision 2030 by fostering localized decision-making, reinforcing long-term business commitments, and attracting foreign direct investment into the region. The new entity operates within the Information Technology and Information Technology enabled Services sector. TCS has made an initial capital subscription in cash amounting to 1.65 million Saudi Riyals, acquiring 100% ownership of the subsidiary.
