Tata Consultancy Services Limited (TCS) announced that its Board of Directors, upon the recommendation of the Audit Committee, has approved the appointment of Walker Chandiok & Co LLP as the new Statutory Auditors. The appointment is for a term of five consecutive years, commencing from the conclusion of the 32nd Annual General Meeting (AGM) in 2027 until the conclusion of the 37th AGM in 2032. This appointment is subject to the approval of the company's Members. Walker Chandiok & Co LLP, established in 1935, is a prominent firm of Chartered Accountants with a significant presence across India. They are empanelled with the Comptroller and Auditor General of India and provide audit and assurance services to many large companies, including top listed entities. The current auditors, BSR & Co. LLP, will continue until the conclusion of the 32nd AGM in 2027, upon completion of their second term. The Board meeting was held on February 28, 2026, from 10:30 a.m. to 6:10 p.m.
