Tata Consultancy Services Limited (TCS) has announced a key change in its senior management. Mr. Madhav Uppuluri has been appointed as the new General Counsel, effective April 1, 2026. He will succeed Mr. Madhav Anchan, who is retiring upon superannuation. Mr. Uppuluri brings over 28 years of extensive experience in the legal field, having previously served as the General Counsel for Tata Motors Limited. His expertise spans litigation, commercial law, corporate governance, and mergers and acquisitions. He has managed a diverse range of complex domestic and international transactions and litigations before various High Courts and the Supreme Court of India.
