Tata Technologies Limited has approved the grant of 30,761 Employee Stock Options under the ‘Tata Technologies Limited Share based Long Term Incentive Scheme 2022’. The decision was made by the Nomination and Remuneration Committee of the Company during its meeting held on January 29, 2026. These options are granted to eligible employees in accordance with SEBI (Share Based Employee Benefits and Sweat Equity) Regulations, 2021. The grant was authorized by the shareholders through a Postal Ballot on March 15, 2024. The Performance Stock Options are exercisable into an equal number of equity shares of face value ₹ 2 each. The exercise price for each option is also ₹ 2. The options will vest after three years from the grant date, and can be exercised within one year from the vesting date. The fair market value for determining the grant was the closing market price on the NSE on January 28, 2026.
