At a board meeting held on January 16, 2026, the company approved the appointment of Mr. Dhiman Gupta (DIN:09420213) as a Non-Executive Non-Independent Director, effective January 16, 2026, subject to shareholder approval. Mr. Gupta brings nearly two decades of experience in corporate finance, having served as Chief Financial Officer of Tata Motors Passenger Vehicles Limited. Additionally, Mr. Vikrant Gandhe has resigned as Company Secretary, Compliance Officer, and KMP, with his resignation effective from the close of business hours on January 16, 2026, citing personal reasons.
