Tata Investment Corporation Limited has announced the opening of a special window for the re-lodgement of transfer requests for physical shares. This facility is available from July 7, 2025, to January 6, 2026. This window is specifically for investors whose transfer deeds were lodged prior to April 1, 2019, and were subsequently rejected or returned due to deficiencies in the documentation or the lodgement process. Investors need to submit original transfer documents with corrected or missing details to the Registrar and Share Transfer Agent, MUFG Intime India Private Limited. All shares re-lodged for transfer during this period will be processed in dematerialised form only, as per SEBI guidelines. Shareholders availing this facility must possess a demat account and provide the Client Master List (CML) along with other necessary documents.
