Tasty Bite Eatables Limited has announced the closure of its trading window for dealing in the company's securities. This closure is in compliance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015. The trading window will be shut for all Directors, Officers, Designated Persons, and Connected Persons of the Company. It will commence on 01 January 2026 and will remain closed until 48 hours after the announcement of the unaudited financial results for the quarter ended 31st December 2025. The company will intimate the date of the Board Meeting, which will be held to consider and approve these financial results, in due course.
