Tarsons Products Limited has completed the second tranche of its equity investment in its wholly-owned subsidiary, Tarsons Life Science Pte. Ltd., Singapore. The company invested EUR 552,000 (approximately ₹4.93 crore) on June 03, 2026, subscribing to 184 equity shares at a nominal value of EUR 3,000 per share. This investment follows an earlier tranche of EUR 300,000 (approximately ₹2.68 crore) on April 09, 2026. The total approved equity infusion is EUR 3,000,000 (approximately ₹26.80 crore). The proceeds from these investments will be utilized by the subsidiary for repayment of its bank loan in Singapore, associated interest payments, general corporate purposes, operational requirements, and other financial obligations. Tarsons Products Limited will continue to provide updates on subsequent tranches of the approved equity investment.
