Transformers and Rectifiers (India) Limited (TARIL) has announced its un-audited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2025. The Board of Directors approved these results in a meeting held on January 8, 2026.

For the quarter ended December 31, 2025, the standalone total income from operations was ₹709.87 crore, with a net profit after tax of ₹71.03 crore. The total comprehensive income for the period stood at ₹71.08 crore. The standalone earnings per share (EPS) was ₹2.37.

On a consolidated basis, the total income from operations for the same quarter was ₹741.02 crore, and the net profit after tax was ₹75.97 crore. The total comprehensive income was ₹76.00 crore, with a consolidated EPS of ₹2.46.

For the nine months ended December 31, 2025, the standalone total income from operations reached ₹1677.59 crore, with a net profit after tax of ₹147.98 crore. The consolidated total income from operations for the nine-month period was ₹1764.61 crore, and the net profit after tax was ₹180.78 crore.
