TARC Limited has received an addendum to its existing Registration Certificate from the Haryana Real Estate Regulatory Authority, Gurugram, for its luxury group housing development, "TARC ISHVA," located in Sector 63A, Gurugram.

This addendum increases the total development area to 9.1405 acres, from the previously registered 6.95 acres. The original registration certificate was dated September 4, 2024. This approval is crucial as it enables the company to sell, transfer, or advertise the project, thereby strengthening its brand value and positively impacting financial performance.

The company has provided details as required under Regulation 30 of SEBI Listing Regulations, confirming that the license has not been withdrawn, cancelled, or suspended. The current registration is valid until September 11, 2024.
