Mr. Mridul Srivastava has been appointed as Chief Human Resources Officer, bringing over 23 years of experience in enterprise transformation, organizational design, and workforce strategy across various industries including BFSI, Technology, and Real Estate. Mr. Ankush Kaul joins as Chief Business Officer, leveraging over 25 years of experience in sales strategy and business growth within the services and products sectors, with prior leadership roles at DLF and Central Park. Mr. Ajay Gupta has been appointed as Chief Development Officer, effective July 16, 2026, bringing 36 years of extensive experience in real estate development, project execution, and strategic planning, having previously held senior positions at L&T and Godrej Properties. These appointments are based on the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee and were approved by the Board of Directors through circular resolutions passed on July 9, 2026. Consequent to the change in reporting structure, these individuals will be designated as "Senior Management Personnel" of the Company as defined under SEBI Listing Regulations.
