The new entity will be engaged in the manufacturing of high-frequency beams and metal processing, fabrication, cutting, and slitting. Tara Chand Infralogistic Solutions Limited will subscribe to 100% of the share capital, amounting to ₹25,00,000 (Rupees Twenty-Five lakh only), comprising 2,50,000 shares of ₹10 face value each. Approvals from the Ministry of Corporate Affairs and other relevant authorities are required for the incorporation. The subsidiary will be established with a cash consideration for the subscription of shares.
