During the first six months of deployment, Wisely Ai analyzed over 11 billion communications across 100 million users, identifying more than 2 billion spam and scam interactions and detecting over 2 million malicious senders and CTAs. The platform is estimated to have prevented USD 500 billion in financial losses, demonstrating a 99% AI model efficacy with decisions made in milliseconds. Wisely Ai is enabling Indosat to create a secure digital ecosystem, with over 95% of customers reporting feeling more protected and industry-leading customer experience scores. Indosat has launched anti-spam and anti-scam solutions integrating Wisely Ai at both the network and mobile application levels. New features extend protection to VoIP and make the network scam-free, offering proactive, real-time security across all communication channels.
