Tanla Platforms Limited announced its financial results for the quarter ended December 31, 2025 (Q3 FY26), reporting a record revenue of ₹11,210 million (₹112.10 crore), marking a 3.9% increase quarter-on-quarter (QoQ) and a 12.1% rise year-on-year (YoY). Gross profit also reached an all-time high of ₹3,093 million (₹30.93 crore), up 7.8% QoQ and 18.7% YoY. EBITDA for the quarter stood at ₹1,905 million (₹19.05 crore), an increase of 7.4% QoQ and 16.6% YoY, with an EBITDA margin of 17.0%. Profit After Tax (PAT) was ₹1,314 million (₹13.14 crore), up 5.1% QoQ and 10.8% YoY. Earnings Per Share (EPS) was ₹9.95. The company's Chairman and CEO, Uday Reddy, highlighted that Q3 was a milestone quarter with revenues crossing ₹11,210 million for the first time. He emphasized the company's focus on investing in Wisely.ai to build innovative solutions for telcos and enterprises, driven by the industry shift towards AI-powered platforms delivering tangible business outcomes. The company also reported an S&P Global ESG score of 80, placing it in the 100th percentile globally. Digital Platforms contributed 9.1% to the revenue, with ₹1,016 million (₹10.16 crore), showing a 3.3% QoQ and 6.4% YoY growth. Enterprise Communications accounted for the remaining 90.9% of revenue, reaching ₹10,194 million (₹101.94 crore), up 4.0% QoQ and 12.7% YoY. The company noted strong growth in OTT channels, particularly WhatsApp, which saw an 11.7% QoQ revenue increase. Customers contributing annualized revenue greater than ₹500 million grew by 20.8% QoQ and 29.9% YoY. The company generated ₹1,512 million in cash from operations and ₹1,368 million in free cash flow. As of December 31, 2025, cash and cash equivalents stood at ₹9,387 million (₹93.87 crore).
