Tamilnadu PetroProducts Limited has announced the appointment of Ms. Sandhya Venugopal Sharma, IAS (DIN: 08445015) as an Additional Director in the Non-Executive category and as the Chairperson of the Board. This appointment is effective from January 14, 2026.

The company will seek the approval of its members for this appointment in compliance with Regulation 17(1)(c) of the Listing Regulations. Tamilnadu PetroProducts Limited has also confirmed that Ms. Sandhya Venugopal Sharma is not debarred from holding the office of director by any SEBI order or other relevant authority.

Ms. Sandhya Venugopal Sharma is a 1995 batch Indian Administrative Service (IAS) officer of the Tamilnadu cadre and currently serves as Chairperson of TIDCO. Her extensive experience includes senior leadership roles in both State and Central Government, with past assignments including Joint Secretary and Additional Secretary in the Department of Space, and State Project Director for Sarva Shiksha Abhiyaan in the Government of Karnataka. She is not related to any other Director of the Company.
