The purpose of the meeting is to consider and approve the un-audited financial results for the quarter and nine months ending December 31, 2025. The board will also discuss any other business that may be brought forward by the directors with the permission of the Chairman. The company has also informed that the trading window for dealing in the securities of the company will remain closed for all the Designated Persons and their immediate relatives from January 01, 2026 to February 05, 2026, both days inclusive. The trading window will re-open on February 06, 2026.
