Sterling and Wilson Renewable Energy Limited (SWREL) announced its financial results for the third quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2025. The company reported a robust revenue growth of approximately 48% year-on-year, achieving ₹5,602 crore in 9MFY26 compared to ₹3,783 crore in the same period last year. Operational EBITDA for the first 9 months stood at ₹289 crore, a significant increase from ₹134 crore in 9MFY25. SWREL has revised its new order inflow guidance for Fiscal 2026 to over ₹11,000 crore, representing a 60% year-on-year increase. This upward revision is driven by strong order inflows of ₹6,929 crore in the first 9 months and a robust pipeline for the fourth quarter. The unexecuted order value (UOV) has reached approximately ₹10,413 crore. Key developments during the quarter include a 5-year framework agreement with Adani Green and the securing of SWREL's first Balance of System (BOS) order from them. Additionally, the company secured its second South African order worth USD 147 million (approximately ₹1,223 crore) and two more Indian renewable energy projects, including a pure Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) order.
