Swaraj Engines Limited announced its unaudited financial results for the third quarter and nine-month period ended December 31, 2025. The company reported its highest-ever Q3 engine sales volume of 47,563 units, a significant increase from 34,415 units in the corresponding quarter of the previous year.

Net operating revenue for the quarter reached ₹473.20 crores, marking a 37.0% rise from ₹345.50 crores in Q3 FY25. Profit Before Tax (before exceptional items) for the quarter stood at ₹59.87 crores, an increase of 39.8% from ₹42.82 crores in the prior year. After accounting for exceptional items related to gratuity provision due to new labor codes, the PBT was ₹56.47 crores. Profit After Tax (PAT) for the quarter grew by 31.8% to ₹42.10 crores from ₹31.95 crores in the previous year.

For the nine-month period ended December 31, 2025, Swaraj Engines achieved highest-ever sales and profits. Sales volume was 1,47,767 units, and net operating revenue was ₹1,461.34 crores, up from ₹1,227.73 crores in the previous year. PBT (before exceptional items) was ₹193.79 crores, a 19.7% increase, and PBT (after exceptional items) was ₹190.39 crores. The PAT for the nine months was ₹141.75 crores, an increase of 17.6% compared to the previous year.

The Board of Directors approved these results in a meeting held on January 15, 2026. The results were reviewed by the Audit Committee and have undergone a limited review by the company's statutory auditors.
