Swaraj Engines Limited announced its unaudited financial results for the third quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2025. The Board of Directors approved these results in a meeting held on January 15, 2026, which commenced at 12:00 PM and concluded at 1:05 PM.

For the third quarter, the company achieved its highest-ever Q3 engine sales volume of 47,563 units, a significant increase from 34,415 units in the corresponding quarter last year. Net operating revenue for the quarter was ₹473.20 crore, up 37.0% from ₹345.50 crore in the prior year period. Profit Before Tax (PBT) before exceptional items rose by 39.8% to ₹59.87 crore from ₹42.82 crore. After accounting for an exceptional item of ₹340 lakh related to the impact of gratuity provisions due to the enactment of new labor codes, the PBT was ₹56.47 crore. Profit After Tax (PAT) for the quarter stood at ₹42.10 crore, reflecting a growth of 31.8% over last year's PAT of ₹31.95 crore.

For the nine-month period ended December 31, 2025, Swaraj Engines also reported highest-ever sales and profits. The company recorded sales of 1,47,767 units (compared to 1,23,226 units last year) and net operating revenue of ₹1,461.34 crore (previous year ₹1,227.73 crore). PBT (before exceptional items) increased by 19.7% to ₹193.79 crore, and PBT (after exceptional items) was ₹190.39 crore. PAT for the nine-month period was ₹141.75 crore, up by 17.6% from the previous year.
