Swan Defence and Heavy Industries Limited announced the appointment of Ms. Priti P. Dave as the Company Secretary and Compliance Officer, effective December 17, 2025. Ms. Dave, an Associate Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India with 20 years of experience, will also serve as a Key Managerial Personnel. The Board of Directors also approved availing financial assistance up to ₹800 Crores from Hazel Infra Limited, the company's holding company. This financial assistance is intended to provide working capital, and the formal agreement will be entered into at the time of the actual transaction. Hazel Infra Limited holds a 94.91% stake in Swan Defence and Heavy Industries Limited. The company also updated its list of Key Managerial Personnel (KMP), including Chief Executive Officer RAdm Vipin Kumar Saxena, Chief Financial Officer Mr. Rajesh Bhardwaj, and the newly appointed Company Secretary & Compliance Officer, Ms. Priti P.
