Suyog Telematics Limited announced the resignation of Mr. Ajay Kumar Thakur, an Independent Director, effective from the closure of business hours on January 13, 2026. Mr. Thakur cited increased workload and overlapping professional commitments as the reasons for his resignation.

He confirmed that there are no other material reasons for his departure beyond those stated. Mr. Thakur does not hold directorships or committee memberships in any other listed entities.
