Suyog Telematics Limited has announced the appointment of Mr. Sanjeev Sunder Thakker as an Additional Independent Director. This appointment was approved by the Board of Directors based on the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee. Mr. Thakker's term will be for 5 consecutive years, effective from January 12, 2026, until January 11, 2031, subject to shareholder approval.

Mr. Sanjeev Sunder Thakker brings over 30 years of experience in Telecom Infrastructure and Real Estate Strategy. His expertise spans large-scale land acquisition, estate management, network planning, and regulatory compliance. He is recognized as a Telecom Domain Expert with deep knowledge in Mobility, Wireline, Data Centers, In-Building Solutions (IBS), Transmission Hubs (TX Hubs), and Smart City infrastructure. He has a proven track record in PAN-India site acquisition and has successfully delivered ₹220+ crore in OPEX savings through cost optimization and tariff rationalization.

Mr. Thakker is not related to any existing directors of the company and has not been debarred from holding the office of a director by any SEBI order or other authority. He has no convictions for offenses related to company promotion, formation, or management, nor has he been found guilty of fraud, misfeasance, or breach of duty in the last five years.
