Surana Telecom and Power Limited (STPL) announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Topsun Solar Private Limited, has purchased an immovable property comprising land. The land measures 8.00 acres (approximately 32,374.9 square meters) and is situated at Plot No. P-4 (4/P), IDA-Nacharam, Medchal-Malkajgiri District, Hyderabad.

The seller of the property is M/s. United Breweries Limited. The total consideration for this acquisition is INR 80.80 Crore (Rupees Eighty Crores and Eighty Lakhs Only), plus applicable registration charges. The transaction was completed and registered on January 19, 2026.

This acquisition is expected to enhance the company's operational capabilities. The purchase of land is outside of any Scheme of Arrangement and is not considered a related party transaction. The company has complied with Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, for this disclosure.
